The bathtub also had a crack in its exterior but it still worked. There was a non-operating lamp that had been previously broken and glued back together and the bathroom sink drained extremely slowly. On the room itself, I reserved a “luxury” room over looking the Red River and what I got did not meet my definition of luxury. I explained that it was a multi day stay and my request was promptly completed. Ivy responded several hours later and by that time housekeeping had been contacted where I was informed extra towels … were not available at check in. All I wanted was some extra towels, … for a multi day stay. There was an issue with getting simple questions answered and so,I finally resorted to using Ivy, the digital concierge. The facility seemed understaffed, the employees did not seem overly motivated and why this title resort is part of their name is a mystery to me.Ĭheck in went fairly well but understaffing caused all guests to wait for assistance. To put it mildly, this facility is a shadow of its former self. I suppose our expectations may been skewed based on prior visits but nothing really prepared us for what we encountered. It was our first visit post pandemic and since Caesar’s purchased the property.
We decided it was an ideal time to revisit the Horseshoe Casino,BC.
Family and friends recently visited Bossier City to attend a bluegrass concert.
